By accessing and using CVAIMate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service Description
CVAIMate is an AI-powered CV tailoring tool that helps job seekers align their resumes with specific job descriptions. The service includes CV analysis, gap detection, cover letter generation, and ATS compatibility checking. The service is currently free during the pilot period.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of all content you provide, including your resume and job descriptions. You agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or that infringes on any third party's rights. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit the service beyond its intended use.
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all CV content you create or upload. CVAIMate does not claim any rights over your content. The CVAIMate application, design system, templates, and branding are the intellectual property of CVAIMate and may not be reproduced without permission.
AI-Generated Content
AI-generated suggestions, including tailored bullet points, gap analyses, and cover letters, are recommendations only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in job applications. CVAIMate does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated suggestions.
Limitation of Liability
CVAIMate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific employment outcomes from using the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CVAIMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated through the application interface.
